A confidential space where you think out loud, without being judged, and leave with better decisions - not just impressions.
Executive Coaching is an individual development process, through 1-on-1 sessions between you and me - not a course, not a group training, not general advice.
Every session starts from a real situation in your work: a decision you're putting off, a team that isn't performing, a pressure you can no longer carry alone. I don't come with a ready-made answer. Through direct questions, I help you see clearly the options, the consequences, and the blockages you can't see on your own - because you're too close to the problem.
Everything we discuss remains strictly confidential. I don't report anything to your superiors, the board or your team - coaching only works if you can speak freely, without fear that your words will go further.
You leave every session with a concrete step to take - not just a pleasant conversation.
Twelve real changes, grouped into four areas, to make them easier to go through.
A first conversation doesn't commit you to anything. It's just a chance to see if the right context exists for us to work together.
I'm a certified Academy of Executive Coaching (UK) coach and, since 2026, ICF-certified (International Coaching Federation) - but what matters more than the paperwork is that I was, for five years, a manager myself at corporations like Schering-Plough and Hoffmann La Roche, before moving to the other side of the table.
Since then I've worked with leaders from organizations like Ford, BCR, Decathlon and Queisser Pharma - people who don't need theory, but someone who understands the real pressure of the chair they sit in. I'm also a Founding Member of John Maxwell Leadership Romania, which means I have both the framework and the experience for our sessions to lead to decisions, not just pleasant conversations.
