Together with my family, I started 9 different businesses - from a pastry shop to a dental clinic, from ophthalmic lenses to devices for military aircraft. Some succeeded spectacularly, others cost me dearly. As a mentor, I bring you exactly those lessons - so you avoid the mistakes I've already made, instead of repeating them on your own.
I don't come with universal solutions, because they don't exist. I come with questions from real experience, with an outside perspective - objective, without the emotional involvement you have in your own business - and with the willingness to tell you directly the things your team or the people close to you don't have the courage to tell you.

Since 1992, together with my parents and my brother, I've started 9 different businesses: a pastry shop, a factory making equipment for bakeries, an ophthalmology clinic, lens distribution, manufacturing speed recorders for locomotives, devices for the IAR-99 Șoim military aircraft, mobile IT solutions and a dental clinic. This isn't a list to impress you - it's proof that I've gone through, with real money and real risk, almost every type of blockage you might be facing right now.
